Vim Basics Cheatsheet
Vim is notoriously difficult. It’s certainly true that the program has a ridiculous number of tools on hand and a slightly clunky interface. Fortunately you don’t have to learn it all to begin using vim. Just work out the simplest tools and go for it. Even with just the basics the experience is delightful and you can slowly add more of the interface to your repotiour as you need it.
